Steam roaster "Leader" is designed to heat the crumb of sunflower seeds before feeding it into the oil press.
The steam roaster consists of vats, the number of which depends on the model, steam supply system, steam jacket, steam removal system, drive, reducer, blades for mixing the seed mint, control devices and control panel.
The principle of operation of steam fryers
The sunflower seed crumb is fed into the upper vat through the loading neck.
Overloading of the ball from the upper level tank to the lower level tank is carried out through bypass valves, which provide a given level in each tank.
Adjusting the position of the valve lever affects the level of the product in the vats.
Seed roasting occurs under the influence of high temperature steam, which is in the steam jacket of the roaster.
Uniformity of calcination is provided by mixing of a product by the blades rigidly fixed on a shaft which is connected to a reducer of the drive of a roaster.
Unloading of roasted sunflower seeds is carried out through the exhaust valve.
The amount of unloading of the product is regulated by the position of the damper.
